This is an attempt to rationalize Hibari’s behaviour and actions – I’m testing choppy waters here, aren’t I? Takes place in the original/first timeline so no Bari-hedgehogs and handcuffs because they never travelled TYL, I’m afraid.

I don’t write KHR as often as I hope to but this is what’s been going on in my head for the last year or so after I got into the series. This is really just about a character I feel deserves more development to balance out the fans he has – as if there isn’t enough fanfiction about Hibari already, hah.
